Twenty four units (twelve duplex and twelve simplex), of which eighteen will be free standing, all with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, will be built around a beautiful dam. The duplex units will all have sea views, and the simplex units will have level gardens looking onto the dam. Patios will be covered to ensure maximisation of the beautiful scenery the Estate has to offer, regardless of the weather.
