The results of the prestigious Europe & Africa Property Awards 2010, held in association with Bloomberg Television, have been announced. Brettenwood Coastal Estate won awards for Best Development and Best Development Marketing and Forest Village, the retirement village on Brettenwood Coastal Estate, won an award for the Best Retirement Development.

Says Brett Hulett, Chairman of the Hulett Development Company (Pty) Ltd, developer of Brettenwood Coastal Estate: “It is a great honour for the Estate to have won these awards, and it bodes well for the Estate that the awards really do confirm that Brettenwood Coastal Estate compares with and is able to compete against some of the best real estate globally”.
