Unlimited broadband or shaped internet accounts to accommodate all type of users and pockets.
- Single or multiple email accounts per homeowner. First account included in standard setup.
- Additional accounts at minimal extra cost.
Full security and access surveillance for each home
The Service Provider, provides each home with a sophisticated security and surveillance system that provides each homeowner with:
- Ultimate in protection, remote viewing options.
- Holiday simulation.
Sophisticated and smart telephony
The Service Provider will install and manage a sophisticated internet protocol telephone system that gives:
- All telephone calls within the complex at no charge.
- External and international calls at reduced rates.
Video on Demand
The Service Provider will install in each complex a server based VOD system:
- That gives each homeowner access to a full selection of movies which can be selected and viewed at leisure.
- Rental cost per viewing
Full DSTV options
Each owner can choose:
- The standard full DSTV option offered by Multichoice; or
- The Service Provider bouquet of channels at much lower costs, which includes most of the popular channels.
Wireless networking
The Service Provider will install in each complex a full wireless network that:
- Gives each homeowner access in and around his home.
- Gives each homeowner access to the whole complex.
Bulk electricity management
The Service Provider will install and manage the bulk electricity management system in such a way as to reduce each household's electricity costs and the scheme's overall electricity consumption. At the choice of the developer, The Service Provider will provide either:
- A digital DB Board that has the electricity management options built in to reduce consumption; or
- Electricity saver device that switches the geyser on and off controlled by The Service Provider bulk electricity management system.
